MIAMI-JULY 19; A bikini clad Whitney Port plays in the surf and on the sand with friend Roxy Olin on Miami’s South Beach on July 19, 2009. After a hectic few days attending Miami Swim fashion shows, Whitney was seen hitting the beach looking totally HOT in a skimpy polka dot bikini that nearly slipped off while playing in the waves! The pair filmed a few scenes for their hit show “the city” and once the director yelled “cut” the giggling pair dashed to the water to cool off.
